Hennessey’s Latest Project: The Goliath 6×6
Hennessey, the Texas-based tuning company, is known for its remarkable modifications to American pick-up trucks. Now, they are back with another impressive transformation for the 2019 Chevy Silverado. The Hennessey Goliath 6×6 is a stretched 6×6 model with a mind-blowing 6.2-litre V8 engine that produces 705 horsepower and 6765 lb-ft of torque. This tank-like truck can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.5 seconds. The starting price is $375,000, with only 24 units produced. Additional upgrades, like an 800 horsepower engine, Brembo brake system, and interior enhancements, can cost an extra $50k.
The Hennessey Goliath 6×6 comes with an eight-inch lift kit, rear suspension system, custom 6×6 bed, Hennessey 20-inch wheels, BFG 37-inch off-road tires, LED lights, and front and rear Hennessey bumpers. It also has 6×6 locking rear axles.
This isn’t Hennessey’s first 6×6 project. They previously worked on the VelociRaptor 6×6, based on the Ford F-150 VelociRaptor, which is known for its aftermarket upgrades and starting price tag of $295,000.
