ABT Sportsline: The Best Audi Customization Tuner

If you’re looking for a tuning company that specializes in customizing sports cars, ABT Sportsline is one of the best German firms in the business, particularly when it comes to Audi models. They’re comparable to Hamann, who deals with BMW modifications.

ABT Sportsline has recently been working on numerous breathtaking tuning projects for Audi cars, including one that stands out from the rest. Last year, they started working on enhancing the power and visuals of the Audi SQ8, and we now have a better understanding of the hard work that went into the project.

Aside from boosting the car’s power, ABT Sportsline also made a few visual enhancements on the Audi SQ8, such as adding front and rear skirts, extending the roof spoiler for better aerodynamics, and inserting quad tailpipes into the rear skirt.

Customers can choose from three different types of 22-inch wheels options: GR (glossy black or matte black), HR-F (shadow silver), or HR Aero (dark smoke). Those who opt for HR-F wheels should opt for the 23-inch version in dark smoke or shadow silver, which looks fantastic.

To prepare for the power kit, ABT Sportsline also installed an adaptive air suspension with a three-stage in-house built ABT Level Control (ALC) lowering kit, offering lower ride heights for improved cornering capabilities in Comfort, Sport, and Loading Level modes.

The SQ8’s massive 4.0-liter V8 TDi engine, which provides 435 PS and 900 Nm of torque in factory settings, was upgraded by ABT technicians to produce 510 PS and 970 Nm of torque. As a result, the car can go from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.6 seconds, which is two tenths of a second faster than the standard SQ8.

As of the moment, the car’s interior has only three modifications: full carbon frame covers, an aluminum start-stop button, and door welcome lights. ABT Sportsline also worked on the SQ7 diesel variant with the same 4.0-liter engine but slightly lower output.
