Pendragon is returning for its second year as the title sponsor of the PMR Team for the start of the 2023 British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) next week. The event will take place at Donington Park, with the first qualifying race happening on Saturday 22 April. CarStore and Evans Halshaw, Pendragon’s car brands, will be prominently featured throughout the entire 10-race season, which will include three Vauxhall cars for the first time and new drivers.
The team will consist of Andrew Watson, Aron Taylor-Smith and Mikey Doble. They will partner with Pendragon to provide CarStore VIP hospitality and offer fan zones, as well as onsite branding.
Kim Costello, the Chief Marketing Officer at Pendragon, stated that they are thrilled to come back as title sponsor for the PMR team, one of the leading racing teams in BTCC. The BTCC is accessible for everyone, unlike Formula One, which can be cost prohibitive for some. CarStore is built on similar values, which is why the partnership between both brands is ideal.
