Rygor Commercials has been named on the UK’s Best Workplaces List for 2023 for large companies.
The award follows Rygor Commercials’ inclusion on the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing list in February this year, awarded as a result of feedback from team members about how the business supports their overall health and wellbeing, both inside and outside the workplace.
The award is given on the basis of feedback from employees. The survey asked Team Rygor to respond to 60 core statements, which are asked consistently of all organisations taking part in the initiative across the UK.
These statements look at a variety of key areas of employee engagement and company culture, including collaboration, justice, communication, teamwork, credibility, engagement, innovation, leadership behaviour and hospitality.
Overwhelmingly, Rygor Commercials’ team members advocated the ways the business tries to do its very best to provide the things that ensure they are happy and fulfilled at work.
