Today’s Car News: Introducing the Alpine A290 as the Successor to the McLaren P1

According to recent news from McLaren, the company plans to release its P1 successor in 2026. This hypercar will feature Formula 1-inspired aerodynamics, a V-8 hybrid powertrain, and a new carbon tub.

Alpine, a French performance marque, is currently working on several electric vehicles. Some of these vehicles may be sold in the U.S. The first electric vehicle is set to be released in 2024 and will be previewed by the A290 Beta concept.

Alfa Romeo has released a second update for its Giulia and Stelvio models, which includes new technology in the cabin, a redesigned exterior, and two limited-edition versions available for each vehicle.
